Really surprised by this one. Probably heresy, but I haven't generally been a fan of Alagash. This is a very nice beer though. Slightly sweet, slightly tropical, definitely bourbon. Would buy again.

This one is definitely dank. Not super fruity. Pleasant, but a bit different.

Really enjoyed this with Deanne while watching The Voice.

A bit disappointed, honestly. It's just a bit too sweet. It's like it can't figure out if it wants to be a straight-up BA stout or a pastry stout - and the pastry side won. The barrel character is nice and there's loads of chocolate, but too sweet overall. 3.75/5

I was prepared to be quite disappointed, as I had heard that the banana was virtually non-existent. I was quite pleasantly surprised to find it quite easily, albeit seemingly chocolate covered. Boozy, sweet, chocolate covered banana. What's not to like?
