A damn fine beer. Boozy AF, rich, plenty of coffee and chocolate. I'd prefer it just a hair less sweet, but who's complaining?!

Quite good, but I suspect it was better a couple of years ago. Still enjoyed it, though. Just a little off on the finish. Shared with Deanne while watching Time is Illmatic.

2010 version - I think this is probably pretty past its prime. Some weird peanut flavors in there. Not amazing at all.

An absolutely unapologetic hop-bomb. Really enjoyed it. Would buy it again.

Obviously a very aged barleywine, but probably a bit too aged. Some apple left, in addition to the maltiness. Very smooth but with a lingering smoked nuttiness that I didn't find particularly appealing. Wish I had tried it a few years ago. Shared with Deanne over charcuterie before family zoom.

Enjoyed with dinner. Paired exceptionally well with our beet-farro salad!

Just a very nice seasonal beer. Sightly sweet and fruity with a nice malt. One of those you just have to pick up each year when it comes out.

A truly excellent RIS. Not sure how old this bottle was, but, judging by the label, it's probably pretty old. Still excellent. Will buy this one if I can find it.

Just an epic barleywine. So good. Has aged into someone truly lovely with just enough remaining booziness, but tons of toffee, a little chocolate, some molasses. Delicious! Shared with Deanne while watching the CFB championship game.

Was given this bottle by Pastor Aaron, and oh my goodness. So. Much. Raspberry! Dangerously smooth after all these years in the bottle. Delicious. I'd buy it in a heartbeat if I saw it. Shared with Deanne after watching the Eagles beat the Rams in the playoffs. Go Birds!

What the hell is this sorcery? So delicious! Obvious bitterness and piney hop notes with a malty backbone reminiscent of a barleywine. Yum!

Fantastic beer. One of my very favorites. Enjoyed with Deanne, Hannah, and Natalie while chatting after games over Christmas at Fairfield Glade. Everyone loved it. Instant buy whenever I can find it.

What a great beer. Nice spice from the cinnamon, lovely chocolate notes, pleasantly sweet but not overwhelmingly so. A great adjuncted stout. Would definitely recommend and I'll be buying again.
