2024-03-26 Really surprised by this one. Probably heresy, but I haven't generally been a fan of Alagash. This is a very nice beer though. Slightly sweet, slightly tropical, definitely bourbon. Would buy again. | |

2024-03-05 A bit disappointed, honestly. It's just a bit too sweet. It's like it can't figure out if it wants to be a straight-up BA stout or a pastry stout - and the pastry side won. The barrel character is nice and there's loads of chocolate, but too sweet overall. 3.75/5 | |
