A relatively uncommon West Coast IPA from Other Half - a brewery much better known for their hazies. I found this to be pretty sweet for a WC, with some nice fruitiness balanced with a bit of bitterness and pine. I'm not typically a WC fan, but liked it.

Very nice, especially for a style that I didn't drink often. Thoroughly enjoyed with Deanne, over charcuterie, on the deck. Would absolutely buy again.

A bit disappointed, honestly. It's just a bit too sweet. It's like it can't figure out if it wants to be a straight-up BA stout or a pastry stout - and the pastry side won. The barrel character is nice and there's loads of chocolate, but too sweet overall. 3.75/5

This thing is delicious. So much dark chocolate bitterness perfectly balanced with just enough sweetness. What a great beer. Probably lost some of the orange flavor in aging, but holy hell it's delicious even nearly 5 years later.

This one is definitely dank. Not super fruity. Pleasant, but a bit different.

A wonderful beer. Everything I love about a Russian imperial stout, with delicious bourbon barrel character added. Really delicious. Would absolutely buy again.

I probably let this one stay in the beer fridge a little too long. I suspect it may be a bit past its prime. Not bad at all, but probably not as good as it could have been. Boozy for sure with nice chocolate and hazelnut notes.

Really surprised by this one. Probably heresy, but I haven't generally been a fan of Alagash. This is a very nice beer though. Slightly sweet, slightly tropical, definitely bourbon. Would buy again.

Bright, light (for a 10% triple), and loaded with grapefruit. Just what I love from OH. Can't beat the company, too!
