2023-11-17 Interesting to drink this back to back after a Bourbon County Mon Cheri Stout from 2019. Definitely a big difference. This doesn't have anywhere near as much body, and seems less complex. | |

2023-11-16 Subtle cherry, even after aging for 4 years. Thick, rich, boozy - everything I love about Bourbon County stouts. The granola aspect is lovely. Kind of an earthy, slightly sweet flavor that's not like the sweeter backbone of the stout as a whole. Yum! | |
