2024-01-19 Still quite sweet. Not my favorite, but not bad. Shared with Deanne while listening to some Harry Potter.
2023-08-07 Very sweet, kind of like tiramisu. Good, but not amazing.

Drank 16 oz of Bourbon County Brand Special #4 Stout by Goose Island Beer Co. | January 4th, 2024 |
2024-07-10 Still pretty tasty. Tons of coffee with subtle maple sweetness.
2024-01-04 Maybe I let this one age too long, or maybe I've just had too many other very fine stouts. I liked it, but wasn't blown away by any means. Coffee for sure and some maple sweetness. The thickness you expect from BCBS

Drank 500 ml of Funeralize by Tired Hands (2020-06) | January 3rd, 2024 |
2024-01-03 Definitely one of the weirder beers I've ever had, and obviously very polarizing. Fortunately, I can read so I knew this wasn't going to be a traditional barleywine. It reminds me a lot of a mead but with more of a sour profile. I think I like it!
Drank 375 ml of Oude Kriek by 3 Fonteinen (2020-05-02) | January 1st, 2024 |
2024-01-01 Trying this one for the first time. Full disclosure - I'm not a sour beer guy. Rarely drink them. I can definitely get the cherry flavor here, but it's just overly sour to me. Seems like a quality beer, but not for me.
Drank 16 oz of FLX 4th Anniversary by Other Half Brewing Co. (2023-07-14) | January 1st, 2024 |
2024-01-01 Deanne and Hannah shared this one and both loved it. Would absolutely buy again, if I can ever find it again.
2023-10-30 So yummy! Shared with Kelsy and Deanne.
2023-10-08 Really delicious. Sorry they don't have this one all the time!
2023-09-01 Very nice indeed. Pleasantly sweet, tropical fruit. Delicious!
Drank 12 oz of World Wide Stout by Dogfish Head Craft Brewery (2019-04-23) | January 1st, 2024 |
2024-01-01 Wow. Love this one. Tons of coffee and chocolate and boozy AF. Aged 4 years and seems to be nearly perfect, to me. Glad I have a few more of these!
Drank 500 ml of Double Sunset - Onyx by Other Half Brewing Co. (2021) | December 31st, 2023 |
2023-12-31 Everything a coffee pastry stout should be. Harmony achieved. Delicious coffee, chocolate, and barrel notes all in one. Damn.
Drank 16 oz of 4th Anniversary by Other Half Brewing Co. (2023-12-26) | December 29th, 2023 |
2024-04-01 Sorry to see the end of this one. So good!
2024-02-26 Delicious! Shared with Deanne at Kennett Flash over some bossa nova.
2023-12-29 Bright, light (for a 10% triple), and loaded with grapefruit. Just what I love from OH. Can't beat the company, too!
Drank 12 oz of 120 Minute IPA by Dogfish Head Craft Brewery (2022) | December 27th, 2023 |
2024-12-31 Shared with Hannie while waiting for Deanne to feel better before heading to the Craft Beer Store for NYE.
2024-10-15 Enjoyed during my French class
2023-12-27 What the hell is this sorcery? So delicious! Obvious bitterness and piney hop notes with a malty backbone reminiscent of a barleywine. Yum!
Drank 750 ml of Salted Chocolate Abraxas by Perennial Artisan Ales (2023) | December 25th, 2023 |
2023-12-25 Hot Damn. Take the delicious Abraxas base and add just enough salt and chocolate to somehow make it even smoother and more well balanced. So well crafted. Shared with Deanne, Natalie, Andrew and Hannah over a game of Skipbo with Jeff. |
