The 5 years have treated the ale well. Barrel notes are tremendous. Wish there were more.

Faded on nose and palate but otherwise near flawless. Standard JK funk and flavors. Mild tartness.

Apr 2013 bottle. Slightly hazy yellow, still some head, good retention. Nose of barn, light oak, funk. Taste has grapefruit, wood, slightly tart, dry. Aged very well!

Very much enjoyed while preparing Yule prime rib.

Fantastic at 12 years old! Has not fallen as hard as I thought. Hint of lavender on taste.

8 years old and outstanding. The bubbles on pour fully present and active. Nose has all the wonderful westy notes. Taste full with minimal oxidation. Very impressed.

Merry Christmas on Lake Texoma! Hiss on open but no head, near still, brown. Nose having a caramel accent. Taste is divine as fresh.

Strong boozy, drinking well with some oxidation notes. Will watch for years to come.

Again, very sour and light fruit. Cork in perfect condition. Low carbonation.

Very tart. Clean. Fruit presence light. Cork wet on top but did not appear to be compromised.

Hoppiness dropped as to be expected. Excellent saison with no imperfections showing. Brett may be slightly more pronounced.

2014 consumed Nov 2020. Very dark amber approaching brown, good with head with some lacing. Nose showing signs of age but good with wood notes along with a floral hint. Taste sweet malts, still has hop bitterness, holding up very well with no real signs of oxidation. Big body and ample carbonation to balance.

Deep red amber color, no head. Good dry Brett and sour fruit balance.

At Komie's for the 4th. Great drinker.

Super Brett taste. Awesome beer overall. Surprisingly clean and clear.

Black with beige head, minimal retention and lacing. Cocoa and roasted malt nose. Taste is smooth, chocolaty, creamy, slight bitterness on finish. Held up well with big body and light carbonation. Fantastic!

First notes of vanilla. Taste: barrel back, coconut, orange peel, chocolate, boozy.

Brilliant as expected. Enjoyed at NHRA Fall Nationals. Big mouth feel, could use a bit more barrel. Boozy and simply fantastic.

Missed out here. Too old, signs of oxidation. Cap rusty on the outside only. Drank but not enjoyed.

Oxidation well set in. Cocoa puffs kind of taste.
