Drank 22 oz of Conflux Series 2: Collage by Deschutes Brewery / Hair of the Dog Brewing Company (2016-08-01) | April 10th, 2021 |
2025-01-21 This bottle held up. Very dark with some copper hue, light head with no retention. Nose a bit vinous, boozy, woody. Taste leans toward the liquor, bourbon and sherry most prominent. Body is above medium with slight carbonation.
2021-04-10 Simply perfect. Notes evident from each brewery. One of the best ales ever.
Drank 750 ml of Intersection of Species by Jester King / Side Project / Off Color (2015-12-22) | April 3rd, 2021 |

Drank 22 oz of Language of Thunder: Mocha by TrimTab Brewery (2017) | April 3rd, 2021 |
2021-04-03 Great look, dark, small head. Nose almost non existent. Taste big on coffee, not huge on cocoa. Very dry.
Drank 500 ml of Rosanna by Vista Brewing (2020-03) | April 2nd, 2021 |
2021-06-11 Enjoyed with Patrick and Rosatti's

Drank 750 ml of (512) Whiskey Barrel Aged Double Pecan Porter by (512) Brewing Company (2020) | April 2nd, 2021 |
2021-11-25 At one year quite delicious. Nose good molasses, wood. Taste heavy wood. Body medium high and right for a porter.
2021-04-02 Good to have one on release but not a great one to age. Really good when young if you like hot barrel aged ale.
Drank 750 ml of Melissa by Propolis Brewing (2016) | March 28th, 2021 |
2021-03-28 Sour with that mild lemongrass back end. Nothing spectacular. Enjoyable.
Drank 22 oz of Hammer Of The Beast by Clown Shoes (2016-10-20) | March 26th, 2021 |

Drank 750 ml of Snörkel by Jester King Craft Brewery (2014-07-08) | March 19th, 2021 |

Drank 12 oz of Bishop's Barrel 5 by Saint Arnold Brewing Company (2013-10-25) | March 11th, 2021 |
2021-03-11 Thin body but tasty stout. Nose full of bourbon, wood, and chocolate. Taste boozy, powder cocoa, sweet malts. Body could be fuller, still very enjoyable.
2020-02-27 Seems to be a smoked malt. A bit oxidized but still good in general. A little mysterious.
Drank 500 ml of Pineapple Thai Basil Petite Golden Sour by The Collective Brewing Project (2017) | March 11th, 2021 |
2021-03-11 Clear light yellow, not much carbonation, so minimal head, no lacing. Basil dominates the nose in a good way, hard to pick up the base funk. Taste balances the pineapple with the basil. The additions must been significant. Glad to had this one chance to drink this ale.
Drank 500 ml of Flanders Fields by Vista Brewing (2020-12) | March 10th, 2021 |
2022-10-21 Smooth drinking at F1 with Patrick. Brilliant creation.
2022-10-21 Smooth drinking at F1 with Patrick. Brilliant creation.
2021-03-10 More sour than I hoped, but that thought came back on release day. Complex flavors, good. |
