Amazing. No negative qualities I can find. Chili showing as expected. Super smooth. Nice light burn on the finish.

Noticeably thick on the pour, black, decent tan head and some retention and lacing. Nose full of chocolate with wood back. Taste blends vanilla and molasses. Tequila a bit hidden followed by cacao. Big body and light carbonation with satisfying bitter finish.

Very sour. Great golden color, near still, minimal head. Citrus nose, bright grass. Taste green apple, sour, lactic. Pucker factor high, super sweet tart.

Super sour. 4 people on a bottle. Good strawberry finish. Just too sour.

Light fruit very good.

Pours thin, dark brown. Nose great mix of bourbon and floral notes. Hot alcohol, great layering over base of light molasses coffee, very light roast.

Great wood notes that blends well with the chardonnay and ale. Quite sour but not over the top. Low carbonation.

Oxidized badly but drinkable. Enjoyed.

Seems to be making a comeback. Finish is off but not terribly. Good roasty and cocoa notes. Enjoyable.

Super happy with this bottle. Roasty malt, great color, no flaws. Even the finish is clean. Great mouthfell. Might be drier than originally.

Now sure these have much longer to go. Very drinkable but getting some aftertaste issues.

Blend #1. Deep hazy brown, still. Nose of sour funk, some wood. Taste brings forward the honey, not very sweet but caramel is noted, funky sourness hiding whisky notes. No alcohol burn or booziness. Well above average feel and no carbonation. Hope they make a Blend 2 that is not still and shows whisky.

Enjoyed at Acopon for Founders Day bottle share. Drinking as well as to be expected. Finish a little off but still good.

Great slightly translucent red, light carbonation. Nose light blend of cherry and funk. Taste of cherry is tart with more sour from lactic, very dry. Balanced fruit and funk.

Finishing these off. Nothing special at this point.

Accidentally drank, no more 12 year vertical this year. Started a bit green pepper and later became ok. Still pretty great for an old stout.

Wow, this one was very good. Great body, expected flavors, not much degradation.

Nose: bourbon barrel, molasses, fig. Taste: boozy, some oxidation, bourbon, sherry, sawdust. Toffee, Body: rich, light carb.

Had another but forgot to record it. What can you say? 12 year old Porter that did not totally suck. Decent looks, some head and lacing. Nose a bit off, oxidation affecting it and taste. Glad to try and glad it's gone.
