Nose weak on fruit. Taste nice apricot presence. Sour but not over the top. Pure lactic. Great carbonation.

Color and head consistent with other variants. Taste not holding up with time. Cognac hints subtly on nose, a bit more on taste. Oxidation present.

Drinking very well, full body, small degradation. Nose very good with rye and wood notes. Good wood on taste but lacking on rye due to off flavor. Enjoyed watching F1 from RV in Galveston.

Slight oxidation. Getting it done while still great The rye barrel adds great component.

Can't expect too much here. Drank it, nose not bad. Taste highly oxidized.

Seemed to get better with air. Very good.

At one year quite delicious. Nose good molasses, wood. Taste heavy wood. Body medium high and right for a porter.

Good to have one on release but not a great one to age. Really good when young if you like hot barrel aged ale.

Wow this one did amaze. Super good, no mentionable flaws. Great barrel and stout flavors. Nose of chocolate, wood. Taste with vanilla, coffee, chocolate.

Wow, the 1.5 years have treated this so well. Balance of flavors between malt, booze and wood is intoxicating. Living it now and should just get better for multiple years.

Wow, this was amazing at 5 years old. Nose, taste body flawless. Rum barrel showing well and works perfectly with the base beer. Notes of vanilla and cocoa make for delicious result.

Enjoyed at HCBS #31. I felt it was very well balanced, and others thought it was sour.

Slightly bronze golden, not much head. Heavy coriander on the nose. Taste shows some black pepper and more coriander, funky sour.

Sour, good Belgian but too sour.
