Got a brief taste of this one, same Parabola goodness with perhaps the teeniest bit of oxidation. These beers age like champs.

Smooth, great roast, coffee and caramel and molasses on the palate, as good as it was fresh as far as I remember.

A lot of acidity, a little fruit, lots of lacto in the nose. Pretty good but not great, although definitely fairly complex.

Was the favorite anniversary beer of the night. Great roasted character, an extremely mild amount of oxidation for the age, and lots of chocolate. Awesome beer.

Delicious, has held up so well, a surprising amount of heat in there even! Chocolate, malt, toffee, no anise (thankfully), love it. Glad to had another as this beer is still kicking strong.

Great roastiness all throughout, not much in the nose but awesome taste profile, has held up amazingly. Absolute delight.

Much like the other variants, but works well with the rye (which is there but very mild). Delicious, quite drinkable.

Not bad but a little weird, some hints of pumpkin, lots of maltiness, a little funk in there as well. Good, not great.

Pretty cool stout, a little harsh in the nose but some nice maltiness up front followed by some really nice smokiness that lingers.

Really delicious! Surprisingly low oxidation and still a lovely mellow sweetness, really hides its ABV.

The cotton candy is subdued, but this is still tasting great, especially as it warms up a bit.

Amazing; calling it a barley wine seems almost cheating, it's super thick, awesome marshmallow sweetness coupled with a roastiness in the finish. This is great.

Lots of malt, bread character, kind of a mediocre barleywine on second take.

Good carbonation, dull smokiness in the nose, mild sweetness, well balanced. A good barley wine, no syrup to be found.

Super cheese in an amazing way, less fruit than the fresher (2016) bottle but a little more character to the funk. Delicious.

That perfect Cantillon funk, along with a surprising amount of fruit presence (not much must) coupled with the traditional sour backend. Awesome, was a great line beer waiting for Beatification.

Delicious, love the roast malt flavors that form the core of this beer, would never know it's 10%.

Much sweeter than remembered, though not in a bad way, coffee definitely subdued but still present in the nose and on the backend, has some of that BCBW marshmellow I remember too. Tasting great.

Sooo much coffee presence, delicious and up front, much better than the 2012 bottle opened a while back. Superb and not grounds-like, just a great blend, should drink another soon.

Great; easier drinking than Black Tuesday, with great chocolate overtones (though not too on the nose) with some roasted character. Another huge ABV winner from The Bruery.
