Drank 22 oz of Enjoy By IPA by Stone Brewing (2013) | November 24th, 2013 |
2013-12-03 Delicious, great bitterness, not too sweet, a balanced DIPA.
2013-11-23 A great IPA, an easy pickup any time I see it.
2013-09-02 Solid, also. 'Nuff said.
2013-08-20 A really solid IPA, extremely balanced and drinkable.
2013-03-07 Amazing Stone hop nose, and quite sharp on the palate, but not overwhelming. Tasty.

Drank 750 ml of Otiose by The Bruery (2012) | November 22nd, 2013 |
2013-11-22 Great, consecration and supplication-like, hard to get fruit but not surprising it's fallen out, great beer.
Drank 750 ml of 5 Sciences by Brasserie Fantôme / Hill Farmstead (2013) | November 22nd, 2013 |
2013-11-22 Terrible. Looked great and had some head, but really bizarre flavor profile and awful aftertaste.
Drank 750 ml of Halia by Goose Island Beer Co. (2013-08-06) | November 17th, 2013 |
2013-11-17 Delicious, super light, a great peachy nose with some brett, kind of like a saison but with peach and more citrus flavors.
Drank 12 oz of The Oracle by Bell's Brewery, Inc. (2013-08-09) | November 15th, 2013 |
2013-11-15 It's held up quite well despite its age, still a great and huge DIPA.
2013-11-12 Can tell it's a bit past its prime, but still a good east coast IPA. A lot more malt than a west coast example, but a great profile even with the age. Great beer.

Drank 12 oz of Dueling Pipers by Ale Industries (2012) | November 9th, 2013 |
2013-11-09 Less rye than I remember, has balanced more into the beer, also a lot less booziness so the cellar time has done it well.
2013-01-05 Rye, rye, and more rye. Heavy rye whiskey nose, flavor, and connotation. A bit boozy, but quite nice as a slow sipper.
Drank 750 ml of West Ashley by Sante Adairius Rustic Ales (2013-10) | November 9th, 2013 |
2013-11-09 Great beer, lots of sour in the nose, some great apricot up front with a nice, tart finish. |
