2013-11-09 Less rye than I remember, has balanced more into the beer, also a lot less booziness so the cellar time has done it well. | |
2013-01-05 Rye, rye, and more rye. Heavy rye whiskey nose, flavor, and connotation. A bit boozy, but quite nice as a slow sipper. | |
