Nice east coast hop profile, perhaps a bit too much yeast presence (especially for a filtered beer), but not bad.

Coming off Pablo's sour, but not as tart as I remember. A good bit of malt, some mellow rye presence and accompanying spice. Pretty good, though maybe a tad malty.

Really pleasant tartness and a mellow profile, a lovely grape sweetness rounds things out. Delicious!

Dark and delicious chocolate notes, a bit of barrel, and a lot of char. Tasty! Could probably let it get even warmer.

Light, crisp, mild funk and farmhouse with a hint of tartness. Funk is bigger in the nose than on the palate. Quaffable!

Not tart at all; a really nice malt character is forward, with the teensiest bit of funk, coupled with mild citrus notes. Great beer, age seems perfect.

Extremely tart thanks to the blueberry presence, amazing color, and quite tasty. Probably least favorite fruit adjunct of the night though, as it mostly expresses as acidity.

Huge and in your face with the bourbon, the barrel, and lots of malty coffee and roasted chocolate flavors. A slow sipper with a lite heat, and delicious. Lives up to the reputation.

Huge chocolate, fudge, some bourbon character but without the heat. Has aged amazingly, tasting great.

A biscuit like nose, pretty mild on the palate, barleywine up front with more bread as it progresses. Not great.

Tons of yeast, swirling clouds of it, prevalent in the nose as well, no booze but some nice sweetness on the palate, not bad but not stellar.

17% fruity, 37% funk, but the actual taste is mild, with a hint of bitterness and slight sediment. Overall, I am displeased. I suffer.

Amazing nose (sweet, malty), thick and sumptuous on the palate, but a really balanced profile, plus a bit of heat on the backend. Oxidation barely noticeable for a 2012 bottle; great stuff.
