8 years old and outstanding. The bubbles on pour fully present and active. Nose has all the wonderful westy notes. Taste full with minimal oxidation. Very impressed.

Really held up nearly 8 years old. Pours black with brown head, minimal retention with some lacing. Nose of burnt malt, molasses, whiskey. Taste boozy hot, sweet malt, cocoa, caramel, some oxidation. Big body and decent carbonation.

At one year quite delicious. Nose good molasses, wood. Taste heavy wood. Body medium high and right for a porter.

Good to have one on release but not a great one to age. Really good when young if you like hot barrel aged ale.

Sour with that mild lemongrass back end. Nothing spectacular. Enjoyable.
