Drank 500 ml of Barrel Aged Dark Skies - Black Pilsner in Madeira Barrels by Vista Brewing (2021-06) | September 17th, 2021 |
2023-08-13 Not my fav from Vista. Has a wine taste that is not very complimentary to the base beer. Still drinkable.
2021-09-17 Really this was less sour, as that is dominating. No signs of a dark pilsner.

Drank 12 oz of Higher Math by Dogfish Head Craft Brewery (2015-10-20) | September 7th, 2021 |
2021-09-07 Same as posting on BA. Dark copper color with no head. Sweet aromas overpower with a slight hint of cherry. Chocolate and cherry are more prominent in the flavors but the overall sensation is a bit like cough syrup. Thicker mouthfeel and alcohol present but not as much as expected. |
