2017-11-21 2011 bottle opened 11/21/2017 with a nice hiss and great carbonation on pour. Lively brown head diminished rapidly, no lacing. Nose of dried fruits, cola, clove. Taste is boozy, showing signs of oxidation, raisin, spices. Medium body and greater than expected carbonation. | |
