Drank 22 oz of Devil's Teeth Aged in Bourbon Barrels with BA Coffee by Modern Times | March 14th, 2018 |
2018-03-14 Bottle pour to snifter, black, moderate beige head with little retention, minimal lacing. Bourbon and wood on the nose, vanilla, light coffee. Taste is a little too heavy on the wood, a bit too tannic, coffee is very prominent, bourbon is in the background. Molasses, vanilla, some chocolate also play on a medium heavy body that is a bit thinner that expected but silky. Finish is coffee/hop bitter. Carbonation is light. | |
