10 years old and fantastic. Solid farmhouse with hooks still present. A true winner from the best of times.

Amazing. No negative qualities I can find. Chili showing as expected. Super smooth. Nice light burn on the finish.

Bottle marked 11.1% but no date. Enjoying this batch, drier, more drinkable.

Enjoyed at Blast n Cast. Drinking incredibly well. Nose is perfect, very minor oxidation on taste. Great molasses booziness. Finish is slightly flawed.

HCBS #21 12 year vertical. Worst of show, boozy.

After some air it drank amazingly. Big body, very minor difference from new. Boozy and delicious.

Enjoyed at HCBS #17 before a 2022. Wow, this one continues to hold up great! Was the favorite of the two hands-down. Bigger body and more complex.

A bit disappointed on this one. Heavy mold on the cap but no infiltration on seal. Good flavor up front but finish not as good as others in this year.

Similar to last time. Now showing some off flavors. Still amazing.

Really good. Robust smoked malt, anise flavors. Great body.

Still drinking wonderfully at 4 years.

Great level of heat working with the stout base. Rum barrel present but muted.

Doing great

Bottle pour to snifter, black, moderate beige head with little retention, minimal lacing. Bourbon and wood on the nose, vanilla, light coffee. Taste is a little too heavy on the wood, a bit too tannic, coffee is very prominent, bourbon is in the background. Molasses, vanilla, some chocolate also play on a medium heavy body that is a bit thinner that expected but silky. Finish is coffee/hop bitter. Carbonation is light.
