2018-04-16 Bottle pour to snifter, deep brownish red, tiny head, no lacing. Nose full of raspberry. Taste follows with a lactic sour that is not too extreme but still sour. Mouthfeel is higher than I expected for the style. Jammy raspberry done very well. | |
