Right down the middle for an Oktoberfest. It's incredibly drinkable, a little sweetness, a little maltiness. Less malty aroma. None of the generic lager flavor, which is a huge bonus. It's really very good. My only complaint is that I wish it had a little more of the bready malt flavor.

Great mouthfeel, although lacking on the nose. Kept it's lager-ness on the DL. My second favorite now, after Staghorn.

This is a lot crisper in the Spiegelau glass. A little less sweet. I think I like it better in the pilsener glass.

Has a dark, burnt flavor that I didn't expect. Smells like a lager but tastes rather like a red ale. Biscuity? Not quite. Maybe toasty.
