Huge 4 finger beige head with long retention, near black, good lacing. Nose light malt with small signs of oxidation. Taste really showing off the wine barrel, jammy, stout base reserved. Very unexpected and good.

Fantastic, but it will not last forever. Need to get these gone while still great.

Brilliant as expected. Enjoyed at NHRA Fall Nationals. Big mouth feel, could use a bit more barrel. Boozy and simply fantastic.

Less impressive and much more tart than the tart.

Not over the top sour with unique farmhouse. Nose accents amplified in taste. Cherry well balanced in overall. Medium body and carbonation.

Notes from 2 years ago persist. Amazingly good, showing no significant degredation.

Very good Flanders red and showing no signs of degradation. All agree great ale. Slightly cloudy brown with red hue. Nose as expected acetic and grape notes. Taste right in line with expected.

Enjoyed at HCBS #14. All were amazed at the taste of this 10 yo beer. Near still. Great aromas and nothing off to mention.

Simply amazing. Wonderful light cheese notes with mild juniper and smoked malt. Decent carbonation at 9 years.

Very enjoyable. Bourbon notes prominent. Chocolate and vanilla on big body. Low carbonation with booziness contributing to mouth feel.

8 plus years and zero signs of oxidation. Very dark brown. Nose has light cinnamon. Super boozy, notes of chocolate and molasses. Dream ale.

Really impressed. Pouring clear golden, no much head. Nose has caramel notes and signs of age. Taste is solid, great Belgian profile. Mild candy, esters.

Amazing fruit ale. Love the funky with restrained sour. Nose like fresh picked peach. Taste highlights the fruit. Beautiful all around.

Not much hiss on the pop. Slight head on coppery red ale. Lots of wine on nose, cherries. Taste leading with cherries and very sour with acetic, funky notes and a bit of a sweet finish. Mild carbonation stingy with the sour on a medium body. Held up incredibility well.

Totally still. Mixed sour flavors.
