Wow, super excellent after 8 years. Did not expect to show so well. Nose full, great booze. Love the body and taste. Gotta search for any off flavors, which may not exist. Top notch!

Still has carbonation. Perfectly clear golden color, thin white head. Nose a touch funky as well as taste. Herb addition great touch.

Really enjoyed, no issues. Great big body, boozy, beautiful.

Enjoyed at HCB #14. Pours black with minimal head, no retention. Nose rich vanilla, fruity with strawberry, graham cracker. Taste boozy, chocolate, toasted marshmallow. Full body and minimal carbonation.

Enjoyed at HCBS #14. All were amazed at the taste of this 10 yo beer. Near still. Great aromas and nothing off to mention.

Simply amazing. Wonderful light cheese notes with mild juniper and smoked malt. Decent carbonation at 9 years.

Great pepper flavors. A bit lacking in most other aspects. Vanilla and cinnamon are good additions. Body is just too light for the overall flavor profile.
