Amazing fruit ale. Love the funky with restrained sour. Nose like fresh picked peach. Taste highlights the fruit. Beautiful all around.

Not much hiss on the pop. Slight head on coppery red ale. Lots of wine on nose, cherries. Taste leading with cherries and very sour with acetic, funky notes and a bit of a sweet finish. Mild carbonation stingy with the sour on a medium body. Held up incredibility well.

Totally still. Mixed sour flavors.

Very low head on aggressive pour, otherwise looks as expected. Coffee and chocolate nose. Taste is spit on with chilis bringing up the finish. Rich chocolate and good coffee notes. Successful test of time!

Beautiful light ruby color, white slightly pink head, minor retention, no lacing. Super funky nose, cherry in the background. Taste tart cherry, huge cherry, very sour and clean lactic. Medium body and carbonation.

2018 release. Black, opaque with no head or lacing. Weak nose, light berry. Taste nicely balanced with fruit, lemongrass, and dark malts playing against each other, some vanilla, but bourbon barrel is nearly undetectable. Big body and low carbonation.

Near black, brown head does not linger, no lacing. Nose wood, liquor, chocolate. Taste more of the same, some oxidation at 5+ years, boozy. Heavy body and light carbonation.

Clear golden color with slightest have from sediment, no head or lacing. Super fruity nose, mild funk. Lactic tart, apple, not very citrusy, barnhouse notes on finish. Light feel and carbonation leads to stingy finish.

8 year old IPA. Yes, it is good! Amazingly good for what it is. Hops did a fine job preserving the ale. Color seems darker that usual. Nose is still hoppy with less pine and more dim fruit. Taste malty, some oxidation, with greatly diminished hops more like barleywine than the original issue. Bigger body and medium-low carbonation.

Coming in late but not too late on this one. Pours near black with active brown head that fully dissipates. Nose of cherry, vanilla, light coffee. Taste adds chocolate but the fruit flavors of raisin and dried cherry is so present. Booziness from whiskey, slight burn with coffee finish. Body is perfect, a bit creamy, thick with mild carbonation. At over 7 years old simply amazing!

Not much better than the one just purchased off a warm shelf. Missed the prime by a long shot.

Not oxidized, but rather flat. Cherry is there but not very cherry. Bourbon barrel less prominent than original.

Considering unknown age, pretty good but oxidized. Nose has the bourbon barrel but also off. Taste pretty good.

Beautiful hue golden were the darker red hint, no head retention or lacing. Nose mild grape wine, other fruits of melon and citrus. Grape more prominent on taste, dry, mostly lactic with minor barnyard. No visible carbonation but present on palate.

Minor haze golden, slight white head. Nose conveys fruit and funk. Sourness pure lacto, clean, fruit nice addition, funky with slight cheese. Medium body and higher than expected carbonation for 5+ year old bottle.
