Really weird and funky nose, but a straight up delicious Brett beer on the palate, extremely clean with a little fruitiness on the finish. Crowd favorite of the two (against Dauh)..

Still delicious and my favorite of the two Sonoma Pride releases, great hop aroma and flavor, and a great mix of funk.

Fluffy white head, tasty Brett grain and sweetness, mild maltiness, and well carbonated. Eminently drinkable, tasty.

Got more wine this time, not bad but not great, and Cami hated the smell ;-)

Hazy golden color, fruity nose, bit of breadiness, malt, and very mild hop character on the palate, takes a bit of a weird turn taste-wise. Drinkable, but not great, not much tartness or hoppiness (expected more based on description).

Absolutely delicious, amazed this hasn't seen a barrel. Tons of bitter chocolate in the aroma and on the palate, really balanced sweetness along with it, and a lovely bit of heat from the chiles on the finish. Love it.

This is still drinking so great. Surprisingly, still a lot of fruit going on, coupled with a perfect tartness and that wheat goodness backing it all up. Love this beer and sad I'm down to my last bottle.

Really good, if straightforward take on the style. Quite hoppy, which you don't often see in Belgians as much, but otherwise matched the expected profile. Enjoyable, easy drinking.

This was great! Perfectly crafted Cascade sour profile, with some barrel notes, some wine, and a lot of spice that nonetheless works great. Delicious beer.

Delicious, just like Raspberry Tart except with a different fruit profile, light and soda-like in its drinkability. Wish we had this out here!

The non-flat batch, tasting pretty good! Lots of carb, lots of caramel and breadiness.

Batch 88, this was the flat one. Flat and, well, flat. Not a bad taste profile though. Too bad.

Carbonated, so not one of the bad bottles Pablo and I ran into, a little tangier than Adam, a little more overt malt presence. Still a great beer, more hop forward, Adam still the winner but this is tasty.

Hoppier than Adam, a bit like a barleywine but with amazing balance, no more sweetness than needed. Tasty. (Batch 87)

Muted nose with some yeast and sugar, great on the palate, no heat at all despite the ABV, candi sugar, grain, delicious.

Batch 88, mild carbonation, almost pitch black, great nose, and such a great ale, "old" or not, balanced and delicious. Glad this was better than the Batch 88 Fred.

Mild sweetness, amazing grainy nose, not very boozy, some mild warming. Delicious. (Batch 87)

Delicious, great wine notes, perfect mix of tartness and funk, very dry, and oh so drinkable.

Tasty, with chocolate, vanilla notes, and a definite sharpness kind of like a porter which was fun to see in a milk stout.

Much better than regular Smoking Wood, the smoke makes a nice backdrop for the pronounced barrel notes, a great take on a porter, and hides the alcohol well.

Zero head, very little carbonation, sweet, oak, and bourbon up front, and lots of smokiness on the finish. Not bad.

Tart, some fruit, lots of barrel, delicious.

Tartness, oak in nose, vinous tartness, good and quite tart Flanders!

Bit of a sharp nose, maybe some cacao nibs? Same on the palate, with a bit more roastiness, hides the alcohol well but nothing outstanding in the profile, either. Not bad, not great.

Nice fruit presence in the nose, but a big hit of diacetyl on the palate, definitely an unpleasant butteriness. Bummer.
