2021-02-19 The only thing that says porter to me is that it’s thin. Besides that, it’s got many things I love in a barrel aged stout. While I like Underground Mountain Brown better (as a BA stout alt), this is one of the best porters I’ve had. | |

2024-11-23 Still plenty of coffee in this beer. Very dark, bold flavors. It’s starting to show its age a little, but still very good. | |

2020-12-30 This actually seems better now than when it was fresh. I’m not getting the bitterness that bothered me about this year, due to the espresso coffee used. Goose Island needs to return to this coffee style...keep it simple! | |
