Drank 12 oz of Beer Camp - Tater Ridge by Sierra Nevada / Asheville Brewers AllianceDecember 4th, 2014

An interesting collaboration from the Beer Camp series. A scent of grain, citrus and grass hit your nose right at the pour and the tastes of grain, honey, toffee and maybe oatmeal hit the tongue changing with each sip.

Drank 22 oz of Hop The Pond by New Belgium BrewingNovember 29th, 2014

The first taste of this beer is lovely with lemony citrus and floral notes offset a bit buy some caramel and honey notes from the malts. Unfortunately the aftertaste is piney and bitter which is not my ideal beer.
Drank 330 ml of Oktoberfest Weizen by Privatbrauerei Erdinger WeissbruNovember 29th, 2014
2014-11-29
This is a very malt forward hefeweizen with wheat, barley and straw in the forefront and classic banana notes behind it. I guess that extra maltiness is what distinguishes it as a beer brewed for Oktoberfest.

A decent Winter Warmer. Hints of ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla but nothing over powering. It ends very abruptly.
Drank 12 oz of Beer Camp - Alt Route by Sierra Nevada / VictoryNovember 25th, 2014

Very dry and malty. Not one I'll seek out again, especially since it was a limited release beer in the Beer Camp series.
