This beer is just on the hoppy side of life. It is crisp with some short lived bitterness. It has a citrus a pine nose and tastes of barley, honey, straw, citrus and pine. It pours a sparkling golden hue with a large slightly off-white head.

Too piney.

This wheat beer smells of straw and wheat and of lemon and orange. It tastes the same with a little doughiness from the yeast. It pours a hazy straw color with a huge white head.

I am always surprised by Two Hearted Ale. It smells citrusy and piney with faint perfume and sweet malts. The taste is of the same hops and malts

Its a pale ale that meets the guide lines but does not exceed anywhere. There is some biscuit, dough, and a little caramel from the malts and yeast. The hops bring faint citrus and herb.

This dry-hopped beer pours a golden hue with an off-white creamy head. It smelled of herbs, mint and wet grains. It tasted of the same with the addition of some resiny bitterness.

This was so fruity! It has additional juice added to it but that addition is making me reconsider IPAs. Given a choice I like Galaxy High.

Brick Kiln is full of caramel and dark fruit notes, namely raisins. There are faint herbal notes from the hops.

So much citrus hops! It reeks of grapefruit but is backed up by sweet caramel and honey like malts. The bitterness does not linger but a frutiness does which is a huge win in my books.

Spicy bourbon heat with buried raisin, dark fruit, and caramel notes. I will be aging the remaining bottles to see how the are affected.
