Rounded spice notes most evident. Clove, musk, "baked ham" from Cami ;-)

Noticeable spiced flavor, chilies and cinnamon come through.

Not much nose, wine-like notes in the taste, Belgian sweetness. Not a favorite, but not bad.

Subtle spice, roasted favors, sweeter palette than nose, solid dark Belgian take.

Bready (maybe some brett in there?), not too much of a red, but not spectacular. So so beer.

Better than the last bottle, from what I remember, pitch black, nice thin head, great nose, nice mix of porter sharpness and stout character.

Not as good as I remember on second tasting. A little dull.

Mild nose, minimal head with decent lacing. Warmth and roasted malts immediately apparent, very solid and straightforward take on an Imperial Stout.

Well balanced, sweet, and very mildly sour. Should do well with aging!

Tasting great, very much like a peppermint patty with lots of chocolate and a subtle amount of mint. Great beer, glad I grabbed extras.

The mint is possibly fading a tad, but still an amazingly delicious beer. So well done.

This beer is amazing. The mint works so well. Wish I had more in the cellar than just two!

This was delicious! Was scared mint would overwhelm, but was extremely subtle and a perfect compliment. Should age well, must resist temptation to drink them all now.

Tasting, somewhat surprisingly, a lot more oxidized than the 14. Expressed as more bitterness, less of a smooth blend. Not bad but hasn't held up extremely well.

Delicious. Definitely more of a barleywine than some of the other anniversary blends, but has come along really nicely, with a great balance of malt and smooth roasty notes. Dig it.

First tasting (December 2011) was silky and sweet with lots of vanilla and booziness.

Less rye than I remember, has balanced more into the beer, also a lot less booziness so the cellar time has done it well.

Rye, rye, and more rye. Heavy rye whiskey nose, flavor, and connotation. A bit boozy, but quite nice as a slow sipper.

Started with this one; about what I remember, lots of malt but a nice bitterness to back up the style, at least relative to some of the other English styles on pour for the evening.

Quite malty! Notes of molasses, candy, moderate carbonation, mild booziness. Should do well with aging.

Big coffee notes, delicious, great beer.

Not much in the nose. Strong coffee notes, porter overtones in the mouthfeel and initial flavor. A good stout, not terribly exciting, but for the price? Thumbs up.

Solid, standard IPA. Nothing terribly notable.

Interesting balance, not too sweet but not too hoppy either. Thick feel, decent finish.

Interesting mild porter. Solid flavor, not too strong.
