Almost an "mmm" beer on the Cami scale, despite being a Belgian Tripel. Cannot reiterate how much yeast sediment there is in this beer, however; both tastings I've had issues getting the last inch or so off the bottom due to yeast.

Delicious! Belgian hoppiness well balanced with mild malt and slight, slight tartness.

Hop forward, not much nose, otherwise not terribly notable, but not at all bad.

Mild IPA, grass like characteristics, definite mildness due to wet hopping.

Pervasive hop character throughout, without biting bitterness. Noticeable pine, some mild citrus, and grapefruit. A good one!

Really tasty! Effervescent, champagne-like mouthfeel, with a pleasant sweetness and mild citrus notes.

Citrus, fruity, delicious take on the Belgian strong. Would drink again.

Dark, very little head. Lots of coffee notes, dark chocolate, smoke. Smooth for the strength too. Mostly coffee in the finish.

Tasty, age brings out some of the raisin characteristics, overall mellow and drinkable.

Still delicious, has held up really well, glad to have one more of these to drink, and should probably bring it up soon-ish.

Still a good roast on the nose, a teensy bit of bite, and great ashen chocolate and sweet malt characteristics. This thing is pretty nice after a year.

Brownie in the nose, fun! Sweet and a little smoke, slight bitter on the finish. Tasty.

Musty nose, hint of sweetness at front but cedes to mustiness and funk on the finish. Not a favorite, not enough saison character.

Big raisin smell, dried fruit. Sort of a crunchy mouthfeel.. kind of weird. A little bizarre, not really digging it.

Super herby. Some saison sweetness, but herbs mostly. Middling, don't need to get more.

Sharper than I remember, but all the component flavors are beautifully featured. A great porter.

Not very good, the smoke turned more to a slight tartness, and the barrel aging hasn't held up.

Smoky! Big rye in the nose, less in the taste, some mild porter/stout notes, and otherwise smokiness. Oh the smokiness. Heavy on the finish, like the Lagavulin of beers.

So much delicious fruit in the nose. Dark, sweet, and some yeast in the pour. Sweet, well carbonated, molasses, plums. Delicious.

Smooooth. Some brown sugar, some bread, some currants, almost no alcohol heat. Delicious!

Tart! A good funk without being overly sour, no sweetness.
