A little funk in the nose--probably a bit older than it should be--but not bad on the palate, just not quite as freshly herby as I remember it.

Light, a nice wit. Most interesting is the grain in the finish.

Sweet, straightforward (in a good way), feels light but is strong! Great lighter tripel.

Orange blossom honey, three mms on the Cami scale. Tons of carbonation, tons of yeast, actively overflows from the bottle once uncapped.

Less sweet than expected, a lot of yeast character, not a favorite.

Really solid, lots of yeast in the pour, but a great quadruple.

Smooth but with a good fizz on the finish. Mild nose, creamy mouthfeel, a straightforward expression of the quad style. Quite good.

Interesting for a Belgian Dark, has more of a stout flavor than typical Belgian. Some coffee, bitterness, pretty smooth, mild sweetness on the finish.

Mild but tasty rye character, lots of flavor for such a mild ale.

Hopped during mash, sparge, and then throughout the brew. Awesome!

Well balanced, mild malt in the nose, but nice hop character. Supremely well balanced IPA.

First tasting was solid, with mild sourness. Don't mix with other beers, will overwhelm. Definite wild ale mouthfeel.

First one was sour! Accidentally soured batch, and second bottle likely affected as well. Lots of vinegar, not sure how I felt about this take on it.

This is such a great beer, and a year of age has only helped. Delicious wheat sweetness up front, and flows smoothly into delicious bourbon overtones. Dig it.
