2021-01-14 Very strong dark chocolate with a little too much bitterness. Coffee takes a back seat to the chocolate, but likely adds some bitterness of its own. Regardless, it’s really good. | |

2020-12-27 Wow, this has aged nicely. Lots of sweet caramel and toffee, with a hint of roasted malt at the end. The 14.4% ABV isn’t obvious. Looking forward to opening another next year. | |
