Enjoyed with Patrick. Pours black with beige head that retains a ring. Nose has the wine barrel on top the base beer malt and soy sauce. Taste is berry like on top of the sweetness, quite unique and unexpected. Huge body and minimal carbonation.

Flavors flat and a bit off. Thin body, waited too long. Just a touch of strawberry, no vanilla or chocolate which is odd.

Enjoyed at Cedar Breaks State Park. Zero carbonation and otherwise flawless. Reminded me of JW Lee's ales. Raisin popping through on nose and palate. Big body to match the sweetness. Absolutely loved this.

Good for a lower abv imperial. Pours black with quick disappearing head. Touch of vanilla, cocoa nibs coming in as well and likey bringing some bitterness. Lower body not conducive to aging much longer.

Incredibly rich, black, low carbonation. Coconut is dominant on nose and palate, strawberry quite hidden. Base stout is extra body, near dessert level.

Enjoyed at Blast n Cast. Drinking incredibly well. Nose is perfect, very minor oxidation on taste. Great molasses booziness. Finish is slightly flawed.

A bit disappointed on this one. Heavy mold on the cap but no infiltration on seal. Good flavor up front but finish not as good as others in this year.

Enjoyed as opening beer at HCBS #23. Ivan bottle. Good grape flavor made it seem to be wine barrel aged.

2 years old and very good. Grape notes very present. Rosemary has dropped significantly. Overall excellent balance of tartness and flavors.
