2025-03-28 Pours black with brown edge, no head. Not much of a nose, faint vanilla and oak, some toasty malt. Taste is full of spicy rye, vanilla, and I believe cherry wood. Chocolate secondary with sarsaparilla and lingering rye finish. Big body but reduced by big rye, and simply fantastic. | |
