2024-05-12 Good for a lower abv imperial. Pours black with quick disappearing head. Touch of vanilla, cocoa nibs coming in as well and likey bringing some bitterness. Lower body not conducive to aging much longer. | |

2025-01-21 This bottle held up. Very dark with some copper hue, light head with no retention. Nose a bit vinous, boozy, woody. Taste leans toward the liquor, bourbon and sherry most prominent. Body is above medium with slight carbonation. | |
