2019-07-06 Probably the best anniversary BB I've had. They're always interesting and fun, but this one was just good. Chocolatey and a properly restrained but present spirit profile. Something tangy and sweet and fruity, maybe from some of the oak? Really good. Better than Abyss. Unnecessarily high ABV. | |

2018-01-14 Lots of char, less chocolate than the 2015 that I had recently. This bottle got really boozy as it warmed. Can use some time to mellow. Always a pleasure to drink. | |
