Probably past its prime, smelled very sour. Surprisingly mild taste, though! Kind of hard to reconcile the two. Orange pith, dry finish with lingering bitter on the tongue. Dregs were quite flavorful. Doesn't make me wish I jad another bottle, another data point in my exploration of saisons.

I don't know what to say about this one. They gave me this bottle because they knew I could handle something weird. It tasted exactly like I expected. Glad it hadn't gone sour, especially after eight years. Went well with BBQ chicken.

Like blueberry chocolate milk. Is it beer? Reminds me a lot of Lizard of Koz, which I liked but most people seemed to hate. Wonder if this will be viewed differently since it's not a high ABV barrel-aged beer.
