It tastes good, almost like a wine spritzer. How does he get that much fruit flavor in there with balance? But this one doesn't taste like beer.

Is this as good as or better than last year? More chocolate, less bourbon. Also slightly more viscous than I usually expect from CW. A fine showing, above all.

Crazy smooth for 16%. Kinda syrupy. It's real good.

This ages pretty well. I feel like the acidic side has dropped slightly. Wish I had some more to experiment with but alas.

I don't remember much from the bottle I drank, aside from thinking it might be interesting if aged. There is some lacto acidity, I was hoping for a little more depth, for it to dry out and develop some funk. It's delicious, just not as wild as I thought it might be.

They nailed this one. Refreshing, nice bitterness, almost a pale ale but no body. Could be more carbonated but then it's basically a hoppy pilsner.

Probably past its prime, smelled very sour. Surprisingly mild taste, though! Kind of hard to reconcile the two. Orange pith, dry finish with lingering bitter on the tongue. Dregs were quite flavorful. Doesn't make me wish I jad another bottle, another data point in my exploration of saisons.

I don't know what to say about this one. They gave me this bottle because they knew I could handle something weird. It tasted exactly like I expected. Glad it hadn't gone sour, especially after eight years. Went well with BBQ chicken.
