2022-11-19 Yeah, this is great. Sweet and dry. Paired surprisingly well with a spicy chicken chili on a cold day. Haven't had one in a while. Not sticky sweet like straightjacket but the harsh bitterness when fresh has completely mellowed, or I'm just not tasting it due to palate or food pairing. | |
