Started out not liking it, but as it warmed up it grew on me, actually pretty good. Dark, interesting malt profile, good sweetness but not over the top.

Orange blossom honey, three mms on the Cami scale. Tons of carbonation, tons of yeast, actively overflows from the bottle once uncapped.

Less sweet than expected, a lot of yeast character, not a favorite.

Straightforward imperial stout, nothing amazing but still quite solid.

A very mellow stout, not too much roast nor too much sweetness, drinkable and tasty.

Lots of dried fruit in the nose, some raisin, some stone fruit. Some booze on the palate, along with more fruit, some vanilla, and a little cocoa. Good, but could definitely use time to settle. Bottle 344.

Pretty tasty. Big Brett on nose, but more balanced taste, with a nice residual wit sweetness on the finish. Would drink again.

So much delicious fruit in the nose. Dark, sweet, and some yeast in the pour. Sweet, well carbonated, molasses, plums. Delicious.

Smooooth. Some brown sugar, some bread, some currants, almost no alcohol heat. Delicious!

About what I remember: basically a showcase for brett and not much else. Still, a solid brett at that.

Not much in the nose. Strong coffee notes, porter overtones in the mouthfeel and initial flavor. A good stout, not terribly exciting, but for the price? Thumbs up.

Interesting! Not so much a stout, get more Consecration style flavor out of it. Good!
