This is one of the best NEIPAs I’ve had. Very little bitterness. Nice flavor. Would but again.

Showing its age, but the coffee and spices are still present.

Maybe a bit past it’s prime, but still good. Getting a lot of chocolate. Flavors from the barrel are subtle, but the heat is detectable.

Very roasty, dark and chocolately. Very yummy. Shame they don’t seem to have made it again

Still tons of raspberries and has held up very well.

Still really good after aging a few years and the raspberry hasn’t really dropped off much.

Mmmm. Welcome back my old friend. This is the BC I fell in love with but haven’t had since 2014. Dark, malty, bourbony booziness. Yum

Very unique. Raisiny sweetness, toasty chocolatey maltiness, very boozy, intense flavor...interesting. Only negative is slight bitterness.

Tastes better than I thought it would and similar to something I’ve had before. The first few sips were the best. Flavor seemed to change.

Stood up well over time. Smooth

Still tastes great. Starting to detect a hint of age, but not in a bad way.

Really interesting. Bold malty flavor, softened by the brandy and made slightly sharp by the whiskey. Sweetness from the figs and dates.

This is in my opinion one of the best beers you can buy. I’m thankful to have been lucky enough to get a few bottles and am happy to say that this one has held up well, is not infected, and is the world class beer I remember when I first had it. Cheers! Absolutely fantastic. Will definitely try to get more of this and age it. Very boozy but enjoyable. Sweet, smooth bourbon flavor really comes out nicely.

Wasn’t as good cold, but as it warmed, the flavors I loved the first time I tried it started reappearing. Still not as good as I remembered.

This is better now than I remember it when it was fresh. Lots of coffee, good barleywine base, and lots of dark malt.

Still not worthy of the Bourbon County moniker, but it’s pretty good. Lots of coffee still, even after 2.5 years. Might continue aging the rest, as I think it will get better.

I get the sweet barleywine, but not the aroma of not the flavor of coffee.

Coffee is very strong on the nose and palette. Taste gets darker as it sits. Very boozy. Don’t get the barleywine part of this. Bitter. Disappointed more than I already knew I would be.

Very peanut butter forward, and nice roastiness afterwards, finished off by a nice boozy warmness. There’s just a hint of something unsavory Up front, possibly from the bottle.
