10 months 4.0 good but not great - a bit of the sour/Belgian taste. Not at all bitter - maybe better fresh?

fresh 4.0 has a sour smell that comes through strong in the taste with aging, that is more slightly present fresh. Has some good roasted malt sweet flavors (esp. if you don't smell as you taste).

2 y.o. 4.3 light, sweet and smooth - apricot with a light burnt sugar finish
