Batch 1000 fresh 4.0 not much flavor, but the barrel treatment was tasty (Heaven Hill) but strong without much else in terms of flavor in the mix

fresh 4.0 not great - good coffee, but slightly bitter and not at all sweet (or burnt sugary)

4 mo. old 4.15 starting to get that soury taste the aged ones had.

4.3 smooth not bitter and some brunt sugar sweetness as it warms

4.25 very good - smooth and tasty

13 months 4.0 2016 very good, smooth but a bit soury and not as sweet and rich and flavorful as the fresh 2017's I've had recently. Could be a difference from years, but maybe just better fresh.

4.2 tasty sweet smooth malty with bready fruit flavors

There is a delicious familiar flavor - I think it's camp fire roasted marshmellows. M - nice thick but not sticky O - it's hard to day a 12 oz beer is worth this price, but it is at least once. One of the best beers I have ever tasted
