Too bitter (even at 3 years old) and not a lot of depth of flavor

There is a delicious familiar flavor - I think it's camp fire roasted marshmellows. M - nice thick but not sticky O - it's hard to day a 12 oz beer is worth this price, but it is at least once. One of the best beers I have ever tasted

Way to bitter fresh. Hard to rate (3?) some good underlying malt flavors, but not enjoyable, almost not drinkable and at only 52 IBUs

I'm not sure about the Weissenbock styling, but this is a nicely barrel aged beer. Would recommend it if you like BA beers.

A bit unusual as a Quad with the coffee flavor

3.75 has a bit of sour taste like a Belgian stout
