A - brown with red hues, super popping carbonation that fizzes away very quickly
S - light sweet malty aroma
T- Very nice sweet malt flavors of dark stone fruits, barrel is very subdued
M - nice smooth
O - Very good and a very good deal for the price. Maybe could age, but very smooth fresh. The flavor reminds me of Gulden Draak (one of my very favorites).
Drank 12 oz of KBS (Kentucky Breakfast Stout) by Founders Brewing (2016-03) | April 1st, 2016 |
2016-11-10 Way down from fresh 4/4.25
2016-11-06 Definitely losing taste - less flavorful and more bitterness coming through.

2016-05-30 very good, very smooth, no bitterness at all
2016-04-16 excellent coffee and chocolate, but a slight bitterness at the finish - is there a sweet spot where this dies off before you lose the coffee too much?
