2021-07-01 There is such a thing as too much dry hopping. This reminds me of many NEIPAs. It smells amazing but has so much harsh vegetal flavor from the hop particles that the flavor isn't very balanced. It's clear, and drier than a NEIPA, and has some nice bitterness and isn't sweet. If only it tasted like it smelled. | |
