2015-08-31 Poured into a tulip glass. Thanks for bringing it back from OK, Sean.
A: A hazy pale gold with a thick, billowy white one finger head that lasted. Lacing for days.
S: Grassy hops, lemon zest, citrus heavy.
T: Follows nose with low bitterness on the finish. Very sparkly and packed with carbonation. The sourness was just right. Floral and funky.
M: Medium with heavy carbonation. It practically crackles on your tongue.
O: I'm not much of a sour fan, but this one convinced me to try more. Almost like drinking a saison with a hint of sour. A terrific brew. Recommended. | |
