2021-01-26 Really good, a 3! Unusual taste, it tastes fresh but after some time it goes over to spicy, very surprising for a TIPA. I would like it even more if it were a bit more fruity or complex. | |

2021-01-28 Not my usual taste for a DIPA, but quite interesting. Tastes like you are drinking a pine forest, which has its charm, but does not make it highly drinkable. Would still give this a 2 though! | |

2021-02-07 This is like a sweet & sour quad. Sweet notes from red wine and has a bit of a port feel to it, but then there is also a refreshing sourness. Very good overall, would give it a 3. Might be higher depending on mood! | |
