2021-03-30 Cherry notes without being in any way sour or sweet, which is quite astonishing. It is refreshing and very drinkable, I would never guess this has 11% - could have 6% for all I knew, although the taste is intense and the carbonation is low, which gives it a way a bit. This is clearly a 3+, maybe even higher on another try. | |

2021-03-16 Surprisingly wheaty - I did not get that the first two times I tried it, but it is very reminiscent of a wheat beer, which is unusual for a DIPA-like beer. Really nice! A 3 for me. | |

2021-03-04 OMG. Such a nice TIPA, and very different. It is not as sweet and tangy as most TIPAs, instead it has intense floral and refreshing tastes to it, while being very drinkable. A clear 4! | |

2021-03-06 Quite lovely! Not sure I would identify the tequila barrel aging without knowing about it, but it does have a nice refreshing taste reminiscent of tequila, and the lime taste also comes through. A 2+ for me. | |
