2014-09-20 There had been rumors of an infection in this beer... and there were something slightly off with it. The coffee flavor had dropped out quite a bit as well. Still very good, but not as good as fresh. | |
2013-12-31 AMAZING Beer! Sweet, with cinnamon forward flavor, no noticable alcohol warmth. The cocoa and chiles provided a nice backbone, while the coffee seemed to just bring it all together. The coffee nose is bigger than the taste. A VERY well ballanced beer. Will have to move up into my top 2 beers of ALL TIME!! WOW | |

2014-08-08 Drank this the night beer before the 2014 Great Taste of the Midwest and split it with some friends. This is a world class beer. TONS of cinnamon and dark fruit and chocolate with little boozyness betraying its high ABV. This is easily one of my most favorite beers. | |
