2013-08-06 Aroma- Tart with a slight roasty oak background. anticipate the sourness.
Taste- Starts off with a sour punch that transitions pretty quick into complex roasty, chocolate, oaky layers.
Mouthfeel- Medium body. Intense sour forward with a lighter, dry finish. carbonation was medium. | |

2013-08-15 Light, nutty brown color. Floral hop aromas mixed with the sweet maltyness. incredible full body English malt character. well balanced and finishes with a slight fusel alcohol heat. very slight. Awesome beer! | |

2013-08-24 highly over carbonated. after letting sit for awhile, aroma/flavor of barrel, bourbon and brett came out. big spikey flavors. 2-3 years of age will help this beer a lot. | |
