2015-10-09 I think I had this guy at an odd time. It was maybe 8-9 months in the bottle. Not much hop presence. Some grassy notes, definite brett influence and citrus. Will try to have a fresher bottle next time or hold onto a bottle for a longer period of time. | |

2015-10-06 Solid raspberry sour. Not comparable to the heavy hitting framboises (Rose De Gambrinus, FFAC, De Amorosa, Framboos), but it's a great tart refreshing and flavorful raspberry wheat beer. | |
