2015-01-15 OOOHH very good. Tasted alongside a fresh '15. Blew it out of the water. Lots more complexity but still has the hop bite. Some caramel brandy like flavors showing through aswell. | |

2014-12-16 Very funky aroma, sour acid and horse stable, puckering first sip, the cherries just play a background role to the funk on this one. light pink all the way until the very bottom gets darker

2015-01-19 served at about 55. cola and bourbon at first and then as it warmed to room temp the chocolate and roast malts really showed up. | |
2014-12-13 very smootth, sweet bourbon nose, taste is chocolate up front and then becomes more sweet bourbony as it warms. The alcohol was not there and then all of a sudden it was. nice mouth feel but very little carb. | |
