2013-12-29 This is what M3 should be like... Super rich and velvety toffee and caramel notes on the nose and pallet. Mouthfeel is superb, with just enough carbonation and perceived acidity from the CO2 to cut the sweetness. I wish I had more of this! | |

2013-12-29 This has really fallen off from where it was 6+ months ago, even at proper cellar temps etc. Still rich with toffee, caramel, and tons of roasted malty flavor... a bit of toasted marshmallow and coconut as well. TONS of oxidation at this point... I'm glad we popped it when we did, cause it will only get worse with additional time. So long whalez! | |
