2015-05-24 Poured into 3oz snifter. Pours into glass with a moderate filtered light peach/pinkish hue. A sharp and robust, yet delicate, raspberry aroma overtakes the nostrils upon approach. The aroma leads into a full flavor of tart raspberries with a slight malt backbone. Super dry finish that tantalizes the back end of your tongue. Leaves you wanting more... and more.
