Dark brown/black with a good chocolate head. Aroma is liquorice, de Molen yeast, dark fruits, blackcurrant, anise. Full bodied, creamy mouthfeel, smooth and complex on the palate. Taste is liquorice, blackcurrant, chocolate, anise, subtle hint of leather.

lear golden with a nice white head and visible carbonation. Aroma is apricot, honey, candi syrup, plum, caramel. Full bodied, slightly sweet and spicy on the palate with a hint of booze on the finish. Taste is honey, apricot, caramel, gooseberries, grape must. Nice

Black with a chocolate head. Aroma is chocolate, cocoa, blackcurrant, hint of wood. Creamy mouthfeel, rich on the palate with a slightly roasty finish. Flavours are chocolate, cranberry, toasted malts, touch of farmhouse spice.

Hazy yellow with a large fluffy white head. Cork came out with some enthusiasm. Aroma is grapefruit, brett funk, spice. Medium-light bodied, funky on the palate, dry finish. Flavours are spice, citrus zest, dry white wine.

2009 version. Ruby brown, initial pale head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is brown sugar, dark fruits, hint of marshmallow and vanilla. Medium bodied, slightly sticky mouthfeel, sweet on the palate. Flavours are raisins, dates, prunes, figs, brown sugar, marshmallow. Delicious

Golden with a creamy white head. Aroma is bread, coriander, honey, candi sugar, Belgian yeast. Medium bodied, sweet on the palate. Flavour is wheat, coriander, orange peel, Belgian yeast, heather honey. Delicious. Wish I hadn't spilled half my cup.

Solid black with a very minimal chocolate head. Aroma is liquorice, blackcurrant, plum, raisins, fig, hint of chocolate. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium-full bodied, sweet and fruity on the palate with no noticeable carbonation, little booziness on the finish. Flavours are plum, raisins, muscat, fig, anise.

Dark brown with a good sized beige head. Aroma is dates, toffee, prunes, chocolate, toffee. Medium-full bodied, fruity and sweet on the palate, with a slight astringency on the finish. Taste is dates, prunes, raisins, hint of burning spice. Nice.
